Workshops, Seminars and Lunch-and-Learn Events

These forums give staff the opportunity to discuss common barriers to performance such as stress, poor work/life balance, family problems and long-term illness and learn about different strategies for managing them and building resilience.

We can also provide interactive sessions for those with management responsibility which help them understand their duty of care, increasing their ability to identify performance and wellbeing concerns and respond appropriately. Areas covered include the dangers of unconscious bias, managing someone’s return to work after an extended period of leave and dealing with ‘presenteeism’.
