Paul John-Baptiste

As Director of Operations and Client Services at Performance & Wellbeing, Paul ensures the business runs smoothly and that our clients continue to receive the best possible service. His role includes managing our client support, finance, IT and marketing functions.

Paul spent 15 years in the IT industry, including over a decade at Microsoft as an engineer, project manager and consultant. He then retrained in Graphic Design, completing a BA degree at Central Saint Martins and an MA in Communications Art and Design at the Royal College of Art.

After graduating, Paul combined his freelance design work with a role as a Research Associate at the Helen Hamlyn Centre, creating a road safety campaign for older drivers.

He has a particular interest in inclusive design and feels strongly that all organisations should strive to reach out to the widest possible audience, a principle that underpins Performance & Wellbeing’s approach to coaching.
