Coaching and Training

Emil is an executive coach, coaching supervisor and consultant psychotherapist.

He has extensive experience of coaching at all levels including CEOs, and has an interest in helping his clients develop their capacity to identify, address and take charge of personal and professional issues that are impacting on them in the workplace and in their lives. He also has experience of establishing and facilitating learning sets, team coaching and development, group facilitation and conflict resolution. Emil designs and runs skill development programmes such as:

Emil is also a highly experienced supervisor of executive coaches, both individually and in groups and is particularly effective in helping coaches work professionally with the psychological dynamics which can develop. He also helps coaches to work thoughtfully with the dilemmas that occur in coaching and to engage positively with uncertainty, unpredictability and anxiety.

In addition, Emil is Head of Psychotherapy of the Adolescent Department at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust where he continues to teach on several Masters and Doctorate programmes. He runs workshops for parents on understanding and surviving the challenges of adolescence and adolescents.
