Coaching and Training
Chris has worked as a coach, trainer and facilitator since 1989, enabling his clients to grow and flourish by challenging and supporting them in equal measure. He enjoys working with senior executives, managers and professionals at all stages in their careers.
Integrating his wide range of experience in law, consulting, business, therapy and acting, he’s able to facilitate significant change in individuals, teams and organisations in diverse sectors across many cultures. He regularly designs and facilitates away-days, interpersonal development and change programmes and uses theatre and the arts to facilitate dynamic learning.
Chris is particularly interested in change and the role of creativity in organisations and has been an MBA tutor in Creativity, Innovation and Change.
He has been a tutor in creative, relational and therapeutic skills for Well Being practitioners since 2010. He has run theatre and interview skills workshops in a primary school. He also coordinated a health and well-being project in the community, for Well London, through Kings College Hospital and Lambeth NHS, for two years.
In addition to extensive coaching and facilitation experience, Chris trained and practiced for many years as an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist. He is a Metanoia trained supervisor and also an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer.

Chris originally practiced as a lawyer for 12 years, both in private practice and as in-house counsel in property development, insolvency and matrimonial work.
